TesiRare Rabià Raboso del Piave "creta" Organic
The Product in Brief:
A study of the vine that lasted years, a knowledge that every day has become clearer and clearer and that has shown us the way to create what at that moment was not yet in our imagination. Yet with naturalness and anticipation the TesiRare line was born, sincere wines that tell the secrets of our territory with every sip. Only 6,000 bottles of this “clay” Raboso del Piave were produced in 2018, all rigorously numbered. Supported by its structure and its temperament, Raboso del Piave has crossed the ages and accompanied the course of this territory up to us. Rabià "creta" returns to its origins and tells the infinite story of a vine that grows among the gravel and clay of the ancient riverbeds fed by the river, to mature in the cellar where time, the amphora and the wood soften its earthy voice, but not the indomitable heart of our culture. Excellent with grilled meat dishes, game with spicy sauces, beef stew in red wine and with all mature cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 18/20° C in a large balloon glass.
