The Product in Brief:
Native wine that reflects the traditions and varieties of the white wine of the Asolo hills.
It has an intense and floral aroma, very structured, savoury and pleasant.
It goes well with vegetable soups, first courses and white meats.
It is obtained by following the natural method.
At the bottom of the bottle are residual yeasts, a guarantee of authenticity.
The crown cork keeps the wine safe from oxidation and any external contamination.
This helps preserve the freshness and stability of the wine, allowing for better conservation over time.
Grape variety: 50% Istrian Malvasia and 50% Marzemina Bianca.
Production area: Hills of Castelcucco, Monfumo, Asolo.
Land Characteristics: Asolani hills, altitude 180-200 metres above sea level, south-east exposure, slightly calcareous clay soil, non-weeded vineyards.
Color: straw yellow with light veiling expresses naturalness.
Perlage: Fine, sinuous and slightly persistent.
Intense and floral aroma, with notes of lime and acacia, yellow peach, calycanthus and quince.
Very structured, savoury and pleasant, with excellent freshness and a light tannic texture.
Serving temperature: 4-6 C°
Alcohol Content: 12.50%
Vinification: soft pressing, white vinification at controlled temperature, bottling 6-7 months after the harvest, rest on indigenous yeasts for at least 12 months.
Yield per hectare: 90 quintals/hectare
Harvest period: Entirely manual harvest in the first ten days of September
Pairings: It goes well with vegetable soups, first courses and white meats.
