Young red wine, characteristic with notes of red fruit.
Produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Recantina and Merlot grapes, harvested in the municipalities of Asolo, Castelcucco and Monfumo, it is refined in French oak barrels for at least 12 months and a further 6 months in the bottle.
Featuring various herbaceous nuances, it expresses the whole grape, slightly spicy and mineral.

Refinement: refinement in French oak barrels for at least 12 months, further refinement in the bottle for at least 6 months.
Vinification: traditional method with maceration on the skins for at least 15 days with double daily pumping over at the end of fermentation, racking with passage into oak barrels (50%) and steel (50%) and final blending after 12 months.
Yield per hectare: 80 quintals/hectare
