A study of the vine that lasted years, a knowledge that every day showed itself to be increasingly clear and which showed us the way to create what was not yet in our imagination at that moment. BiancoGrigio is an intact Pinot Grigio. In the 2022 vintage, 12,000 bottles of this BIO D.O.C. Pinot Grigio were produced. of the Venices. The purity of the vine is safeguarded by a minimal but fundamental dialogue between wine, concrete and environment which continues, looked after by time and by our hands, until the natural evolution of the wine is expressed in all its authenticity. 

On the nose there is immediately a succession of sensations linked to fresh crunchy fruit, such as golden apple and pear, which alternate with hints of white flowers among which lime and jasmine stand out. On the palate it is fresh, silky, long, of great balance, with a perfectly integrated mineral vein: aftertaste aromatic complexity of notable impact and persistence. ORexcellent accompaniment to countless fish-based dishes.
