Terrevive Mill it is a small producer of short supply chain flours and pasta , an excellent example of integration between tradition and innovation in milling production. Located in the Venetian Pedemontana, this mill respects the land and sustainable cultivation, avoiding the use of chemical treatments. Marco Bigolin, owner and miller of Mulino Terrevive uses techniques such as stone grinding and low temperature drying to preserve the nutritional properties of the cereals.
