The product briefly:
Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Franc "Carmenere"
Production area: Colli di Castelcucco, Monfumo, Asolo.
Land characteristics: Colli Asolani altitude 200-250 meters/sm south-east exposure, slightly calcareous clay soil, non-weeded vineyards.
Color: intense red with purple reflections. Evident notes of wild blackberry and currant, fresh, herbaceous and lively, with a light tannic boost, savory and harmonious.
Serving temperature: 16-18 C°
Alcohol content: 14.00%
Winemaking: traditional method with maceration on the skins for at least 20 days with double daily pumping over at the end of fermentation, racking and passage in steel.
Yield per hectare: 70 quintals/hectare
Harvest period: Totally manual harvest in the first ten days of October
Pairings: Ideal for meat-based second courses.
