The product briefly:
Grape variety: 50% Malvasia Istriana and 50% Marzemina Bianca.
Production area: Colli di Castelcucco, Monfumo, Asolo.
Land characteristics: Asolani hills, altitude 150-200 meters/sm, south-east exposure, slightly calcareous clay soil, non-weeded vineyards.
Colour: straw yellow with light hints expressing naturalness.
Perlage: Fine, sinuous and persistent. Intense and floral bouquet, with notes of lime and acacia, yellow peach, calycanthus and quince. Very structured, savory and pleasant, with excellent freshness and a light tannic texture.
Serving temperature: 4-6 C°
Alcohol Content: 12,00%
Vinification: soft pressing, white vinification at a controlled temperature, bottling 6-7 months after the harvest, rest on indigenous yeasts for at least 15 months.
Yield per hectare: 90 quintals/hectare
Harvest period: Totally manual harvest in the first ten days of September.
Pairings: It goes well with vegetable soups, first courses and white meats.
