The product briefly:
Vitigno: 100% glera 
Production area: DOCG area of the Valdobbiadene hills
Land characteristics: altitude 250-300 meters/sm south-east exposure, slightly calcareous clay soil, non-weeded vineyards.
Color: straw yellow with jade green reflections.
Perlage: fine and persistent, the sun is found in this glass flecked with green, almost hypnotic perlage. You dive into a basket of white flowers, honeysuckle, pineapple, lime and ginger. Full, deep, sumptuous. Saline and mineral finish with an intriguing smoky note.
Serving temperature: 4-6 C°
Alcohol content: 11.00%
Vinification: soft pressing, white vinification at controlled temperature, secondary fermentation for 2 months in an autoclave
Yield per hectare: 130 quintals/hectare
Harvest period: Totally manual harvest in the second ten days of September
Pairings: Excellent sparkling wine as an aperitif and between meals.
