We handle the packaging and shipment of our products with the utmost care, ensuring the speed and safety of each individual shipment. Our use of specially designed boxes that adequately accommodate the products during transport ensures the integrity of the food items throughout the journey. This way, customers can receive products in excellent condition, preserving their taste and aromas. Products in the wines, spirits, and distilled beverages category are shipped exclusively with patented NACKPAK® packaging. A sophisticated system of supports and appropriate collapse mechanisms in case of impact make these packages among the safest and most reliable on the market. They are eco-friendly, with the entire package being 100% recyclable. Orders are typically handed over to the courier within 1 business day following payment confirmation.

To ensure the utmost integrity and preservation of the purchased products, orders are not transferred to couriers on Saturdays and Sundays. However, there may be instances where certain products are not immediately available, and procurement times may exceed initial estimates. In such cases, a representative from Vaigustando will contact the customer to provide information on available alternatives. It's important to note that the availability of some products may be affected by external factors, such as high order volume during certain periods.

Nevertheless, Vaigustando commits to providing the best service possible, and although a bit of patience may be necessary, customers will be able to enjoy authentic treasures of Italian food and wine. Once your order has been processed and we have confirmed the acceptance of your purchase, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment at any time with the designated courier. During peak seasons (for example, the Christmas holidays), delivery times may be extended. If the purchased product is not delivered or is delivered late compared to the delivery terms indicated during the purchase process and in the order confirmation, the provisions of Article 61 of the Consumer Code apply.

Reasons for delays may include strikes and any other cause not attributable to Vaigustando SRL. Delivery costs vary based on the total amount of the order and the destination country and will be calculated over the check out process.
